One of my strategies I plan on using when I go back to school is packing my own healthy snacks so when I do have trigger moment I have something healthy to eat instead of the vending machine.
I get Nature box so I have those, and I always have a smoothie in the fridge. Can't help but wonder how it will be near "that time" of the month though - when I could eat my own arm. I'll be strong. I think it is the "what ifs" that make me uncomfortable.
