Any achievement or change for the better should be recognized and celebrated (no matter how small it may seem). The fact is you have got to start somewhere and it sounds like you have come a long way. Keep going, don't give up! You got this!One snack that I love is veggies and hummus. And every now and then I treat myself to graham crackers and peanut butter. :)

Thank you! I am an "all or nothing" type of person, so patting myself on the back for small achievements is not in my nature at all. I won't give up, though!
