Every little bit helps!!!! I'm the same as you I can bust a workout out no problem but put down that chocolate bar is near impossible. But now I eat protein packed breakfasts instead of toast, make my own lunches and dinners - which was not the case before - so we are definitely improving. Like you snacking is a problem for me. I'm trying the make every snack veggie or nut based at the moment and its helping. Just keep going!!!
