Just got back from a walk on Terrace Trail it is a 2.06 mile walk that changes elevation several times. The lowest point to the highest is 100 ft difference. It is very wooded but a good trail to walk. This is my second time walking it and I've enjoyed it both times.
I pasted several couples and the only two single people that were on the trail was me and one lady. It just so happens that we were the two largest or lets just say it - FAT people of the group and only ones walking by ourselves. Being overweight is not only detrimental to our physical health it also works on our mental health and well being.
