Barry what a good blog and you are so right, our physical, mental and well being.. your hike sounded fantastic, I told my husband I need a change of pace of walking either up our mtn or down it, same o same o daily....I need to go walk along the river, we have a beautiful greenway that goes about 6 miles, someday I want to master the whole round trip, it either by walking or biking....have a good rest of the day and thank you for such a nice story......
