My kids know if I don't go to the gym they can challenge me to a living room dance off. Also when I'm not in the mood but I want to eat/drink something specific I will park several blocks away and walk to where the item is (mostly is starbucks and a Chai latte). When I get there I feel pretty good and don't want to blow the walk I just took so I'll get something sensible to drink and head back. ... Oh that and the Wii Fit also helps on those days I'm stuck at home.
