I go to the athletic club with a friend (she is my morning motivation). I go for hoyle yoga, barre, body jam dance, weights, jogging or whatever looks fun. I am not a morning person, but that is the only time that works for me, so it helps to have a friend. When stuck at home, I do Fitness Blender videos (free and awesome), Shaun T Cize/hip hop abs/rock your body or do workouts from magazines like Self and Shape. I also remember that I am working out to set a good example for my kids, encourage my husband's level of activity and to be the best me I can be.
