Travis, what an interesting theory. I love the thoughts about movement being essential. You know me, I’m all about moving more. This month in our challenge we are not doing a lot of moving challenges and more refocusing instead. Next month, i need to incorporate more movement into our challenge but also into my daily living. I’m a huge believer that people who are active are healthier, no matter what they weigh. Also, I love how you’re teaching your son the benefits of movement and being healthy. So important. What a great example you are as a dad!
