This sounds like a very reasonable plan! I've tried a lot of things too and succeeded for a short while... Now I'm taking a similar step by step approach, changing one bad habit at the time into a good one. :-)

Thanks Ela! I think the key is turning it into a routine first, and then amping it up. I didn't lose a single pound my first month since I wasn't watching what I was eating at all. I wasn't working out hard, but I was making it a routine to make sure I got those days in. If you're sore every time you exercise in the beginning it's just another thing for you to use as an excuse. I hope you do well this month! : )
