Great post Adrienne!!! I'm subscribed with Fitness Bender too!!! I haven't done any of the exercises lately because I've just started an 8-week challenge involving HIIT exercises & 10,000 steps a day for 30 days challenge. I agree with you regarding some of those exercises being tough!!! I Iike doing them though.......

Adrienne, since you're always sore, you should take a hot Epsom salt bath to help alleviate some of the soreness. Pour 2 cups of Epsom salt in the tub of hot water (as hot as you can take it), & soak for at least 20 minutes. Do it for a couple of days; you'll get some relief. Great job with your fitness/diet plan!!! Keep up the good work!!! :-)

Never thought of the bath idea: thanks! Just reading about it, it sounds so relaxing. Gonna try that :)

You're welcome Adrienne!!! Just make sure you bring cold water to drink while you're soaking to stay hydrated. You're definitely gonna be sweating!!!
