I would start with finding something that isn't calorie-laden that you do like to drink. Maybe you like mint sun tea? Or perhaps a tall glass of water is okay when you add a few sliced strawberries, use a fancy straws and a lemon garnish? Rather than not drinking at all, I'd start with something that isn't ideal (such as 1/3 orange juice 1/3 cranberry juice 1/3 water) and work your way toward adding more water and less (read "no") juice.
