This all sounds quite familiar! Almost everything you've said reflects my same problems. Travel! I traveled a lot over the past 2 months and now my weight is out of control, out of my usual average. Its always above average but usually fluctuates around a magic number. Now its beyond belief. We can do this! I was recently informed that sugar is actually a big problem due to it blocking a hormone that is suppose to tell us were full. So, the more sugar we eat the more hungry we stay. Before I left for my last trip, I cut my sugar intake significantly and I was doing well. This will be my plan moving forward. I don't plan to travel for about 4-6 weeks so hopefully I can get a good grasp on changing my eating habits. GOOD LUCK! And I think you have the best idea "try try again" If you don't keep trying, it could be a whole lot worse.
