Well I am done with one week of 21 Day Fix and I am down 3.2 lbs!!!! Really excited. I have tried a few different recipes and the hubby and kid don't seem to mind too much. So far favs are the banana pancakes, home made CHIPOTLE bowls and the good old standby of chicken, quinoa and veggies. Sweet potatoes are great without turning them in to candied yams so thats a bonus.
The Baked Ziti went over ok...not stellar but ok. On a growth note. we planted an herb garden as well as a tomato plant and a pepper plant. Looking forward to seeing how it all turns out. Already made quick use of the basil and oregano. I learned how to make home made pasta sauce with fresh tomatoes and I also made a spicy salsa!!
Really enjoying all of this so far and looking forward to whats next.
