Congrats on the weight loss - that's awesome! What kind of veggies did you eat with your quinoa and chicken? I always resort to zucchini and I know there are some good combos out there, I'm just not a very experienced cook!

asparagus, a side salad with chard, kale, romaine etc, green beans, broccoli. Also had butternut squash. So far so good. its been pretty easy and there are tons of recipes on Pintrest and other sites
