Keep on exercising routinely! Whenever I fall off that routine, I gain about 5 back. I fluxuate between 130-135 but stay over 135 when I fall off the workout train! I'm hoping to lower my bottom weight to 125 but with Crossfit I hear you gain with muscle. I think it is more how you feel than the numbers on the scale!

I plan to keep it up - definitely not going back! I'm the same 130-135 range now, and made it to 128. But it is so hard to lose 1 lb at this stage. I'm going to do more weights and may look at Crossfit-I need to gain muscle that I lost dieting. I also do a Turbokick class at my gym and I like the short bursts of intense exercise. Feel so accomplished when I finish and I'm sweating like crazy. Like Insanity workouts.
