Thanks for sharing your story. It's so hard to lose weight after kids. In addition to your body having to change to grow them, you now have to take care of them and you lose that free time you used to devote to caring for your own body. I was where you are 4 years ago after having my daughter. I did get back to my pre-preg weight (although clothes never quite fit the same). Now I'm back at it again after having a second child and that pre-preg weight again seems almost unattainable. But if I did it before I can do it again - and I know you can do it too. Do you have a jogging stroller? A friend of mine gave me her old B.O.B. and it has changed my life. Now I can run with my son (and it give you an even better workout b/c your pushing extra weight.) Maybe that will help you maintain some of your old routine in your new life? Either way, you don't need to be your only silent cheerleader. You have cheerleaders here routing for you too.
