Yes - definitely up that water and you will feel better in a couple of days! It sounds to me like you did great with all that potential temptation...I feel tempted like that every time I walk into Costco, what with all the samples there on a Saturday afternoon! Oh, and as for Vegas - consider me so very, very jealous! I can't wait to read that post!

Drinking water yesterday helped a TON. OH and places like Costco are my weakness. I made the mistake of stopping there the Friday before Memorial Day and there were free samples EVERYWHERE. It was torture (I had a couple - but nothing outrageous).I love free samples so much I added a special category for them in MyFitnessPal. I try my best to track them when I can but it can be tough.
