I am sitting here when I should be up and walking but there's a reason. I should walk... but first a plan.
I want to be better at the end of 28 days than I am today. I really want to walk/run 20,000 steps a day or 140,000 steps a week because that equates to a 2 pound loss a week! But the 'R' in SMART is Realistic and it just isn't realistic to start at that level!
No, I think I will push myself to hit 10,000 steps a day this first 28 day challenge.
