This morning I submitted an official weigh in for my DB10 challenge and then registered and entered weight for a new DB4. Within the 20 minutes it took me to upload one set of pictures, register and take the next set I had gained .4 pounds. Yikes – I can gain weight just waiting for my computer. Just image the amount of weight I can gain from sitting around watching TV at night… My scale has a history of being very consistent so I believe I really did gained the weight.

I just bought a $50 standing desk at Ikea, with the idea that I would get a gel mat for the floor and do more of my computer work standing up. Unfortunately, the desk looks a little like it should be in a doctor's office. But, a lot cheaper than others I've seen... Good luck!
Weight fluctuates up and down anywhere from 2-4 lbs throughout the day don't let the scale control you and put you in a funk. Plus, no matter how consistent the scale is, just standing slightly differently on the scale can change the weight as I've seen the same .2 - .4 lb difference just positioning my feet slightly weighing myself several times within a minute.
