I'm on my fifth week of changing my eating habits and this weekend I am feeling so tempted to eat things I should not.  It doesn't help that I woke up yesterday with pain in my neck, shoulder, arm that has yet to subside and I'm not sure what I did to create that pain and I'm looking to food for comfort.  Prayers is all I have in my weak moments.  I will get through this and overcome any slip ups.  I am involved in two DB4, one DB10, and a personal goal/bet with my husband to lose 10% or more in 4 month (before Christmas) to keep me motivated in reaching my goal and changing my life, but some days praying is the only way to get through the day.  Keep the faith - I will make lasting changes to improve my health.
