I really enjoyed reading your blog post and some of your ideas Tia...Woman oh woman they are super! Boredom is a killer for sure and you found some hot ways around them. Music also is huge in my workouts except when hiking and running outside, big no-no for safety reasons. Sometimes a person only has a seconds warning when something is amiss and I might miss it when listening to music as I also become completely drawn into sound.
