I feel so good about how healthy I am being and I love it, and then, slowly, I'll slip back into old habits, and it can be so hard, even when you /know/ what you should and shouldn't be doing, to muster the motivation to get it together. I guess we just have to keep getting back up, again and again. But that's what's important really, the getting back up, not the stay up. "As long as I have breath school is in session." - Amen!
