The final LONG STRETCH HOME to that final Weigh-In to Win!

I dont' know about you but I am 1.3 pounds from my goal.  I have been so sood in the past 2 weeks, I am not as proud of myself as I am fantasizing about Paneer Tikka Masala! My reward meal! But I have 5 days to lose 1.3 pounds and WIN my (3) dietbet games!

What am I doing to insure a win? Perhaps 'insure' is a lofty word. Perhaps a better word is make sure the odds are in my favor!  I am walking everyday.  I am in the beta game of StepBet it's been challenging.  I made the mistake the first week, so excited to be allowed to test-play, that I.... really walked too much! Right off the bat I needed to step 14,000 steps a day! now I am up to 16,000 steps a day (more or less)! OMG - 2 things - I didn't think I could keep this up 28 days in row and my legs and feet ache.  But it's a good ache.  Its a getting back into shape ache. It's a building muscle ache. It's a take an advil before bed a couple of times ache! < haha >

Theory has it that if you walk 10,000 steps over your base steps (mine is 2500-3000 steps) then you should lose, as long as you don't increase you food intake, 500 calories a day or 1/7 of a pound a day or 1 pound a week. 

I think it's working b/c I am losing digital points each morning!! But I am really really eating clean.  OOODLES of vegetables and fruits - melons, grapes, tomatoes, cucumbers and celery and onions -- brocolli and cauliflower.  Egg Whites and Tuna make up most of my protein, but I found out I have to really watch the salt to lose!

It's the LONG STRETCH HOME.  I need to pick up my game a bit but basically do the same thing!  If I win, I will reward myself with lunch out before starting my next DietBet game!  Which by the way I am organizing right now! I still need 4 more players to 'make' the game - join us.  I can't offer big special prizes.
