I have been walking and walking and walking. I started this month walking between 12,000 and 14,000 steps a day.  Today I am walking 18,000 + steps a day!   I do love my fitbit.  And I hate my fitbit! HAHA but I love it... I guess.  I love the phone app that keeps me up to date walking!

It doesnt talk to me or anything, but thanks to FitBit friends and challenges, I am reminded to check it often! And it does the syncing to the webiste also! so yeah!

BACK to why 18,000 steps a day seems to be my key.  It is because i noticed that finally i can count on a few ounces to over half a pound down each morning! Gradually, it's coming off! Regularly, it's coming off!

and now I have to go walk 2 or 3 miles so I can get my steps in today!

I have 3 days left in the 3 games I am in and I need to still lose half a pound!
