Today is Day 1 of the dietbet that I sponsored. I'm not looking for miracles here, but I really need to get healthy.
I've done something similar in a Sparkpeople group, and got the second place 'award' for most inches lost. This has more accountability, so that will be good.
Weigh in yesterday was 214.4. Feeling better about me. I'm down from my all time high of just under 250, so there has absolutely been progress. I just feel like I've been hovering in this range for a really long time, and there's not been much I can do about it.
I run. I run half marathons, so I feel like there should be more steady progress, but it always seems to be stagnant, and then one day I'll hop on the scale, and BLAM! a bunch of weight lost.
Ah well, off to play on the Wii Fit!
