When I did my token weigh in last week, I was a little worried.  I've been steadily losing, slowly, but still.  Then I did my 10K and Half Marathon over Labor Day weekend, and didn't seem to shift at all.  Looks like it was a delyaed reaction.

Then I had to use the scale at work, and the one in the hotel in Dallas to do my weekly weigh ins.  They're good, and altho the one at work *is* at the airport, the clothes I wear at the airport are not what I weigh in in  (Yeah, 2 in's, but it's correct), since I have to wear my work uniform to the airport.  You wouldn't think that it would be significantly different, but amazingly it is.  I'm sure that 'real' slacks, a belt, an undershirt plus dress shirt, and all the crap that goes with it (wings, pen, epaulets, etc) add up.

On the plus side, my co workers wondered what I was doing, and I think I've talked at least a few into doing a diet bet.

Anyhow, I was worried since I try to use just the one scale to judge how I'm actually doing.  I'd like to think that they're all calibrated the same, but either they're not...or seeing that I wasn't losing was the total kick in the arse that I needed for this last week.

Frankly, I like these results so much, I'm sticking with the plan that I've had in place for the week...

I miss pizza and ice cream already.....
