So, made it to the gym yesterday.  It's the first time in over a week, and the first time since I got sick in San Francisco.  It should have been a run day, I'm glad I was able to make it a walk day...this is not good.  I've got a 10K and Half Marathon back to back next weekend.  Might need to get my behind off the couch today.

 

In addition to stepping up my running (my updated goal is 12 miles a week...up from 10), I've decided to cut out soda.  Again.  It seems like I can do it for about a month, and then BLAM! I work a red-eye, and to stay awake, I just. have. to. have. a. Coke.  I'd be fine with Pepsi too, but since it's Coke we carry, it's Coke I drink.  And then it all falls apart.  It's like Pringles, you can't have just one.  We keep those on the plane too, BTW.  Again, not good.

 

So, I think I'm about a week into just water, flavored water, to be sure, but still just water.  Wish me luck!
