Day 7 Motivation?

I can so relate to what you are saying. Especially the work out part. I can sit in my work out clothes half the morning and procrastinate not working out. I always feel 100% better when I actually do. One of the things I have done recently is do a different work out. The days I get that way I don't get on my elliptical (exercise of choice) and take a walk instead. Sometimes alone and sometimes with others. I just say i am going to walk to i hit 5000 steps. This has help so much. It not has intense as the elliptical, but I am still moving and my head feels so much better. Good luck. It is all such an upward battle

I hear ya. Some days my scheduled workout sounds awful. On those days I just tell myself to do whatever activity sounds fun then. Allowing myself the flexibility has helped me a lot. I used to basically give up if I didn't stick to a plan perfectly so I'm glad I got past that!
