YES. I can get the workout in, because it's just a part of my routine. But whenever I try to change it up, I get all excited and make a ton of plans about how I'm going to get up early and go to the gym before work vs after so I can go for a walk after work and get in a little extra and MAN OH MAN this Saturday I am gonna food prep so hard and then I'm going to make a pie chart so I can log how many miles I'm walking and then I'm going to take up glass blowing and knit sweaters for all the penguins in Antarctica! The next day I wake up late and feel accomplished that I brushed my hair.
