So far today I have eaten:
10 Almonds
2 cups coffee with Soy Milk as the creamer
1/2 c Soy Original Light (60 cals to cup)
2 eggs cooked with 1/2 pat butter
3 slices of Swiss Cheese (110 cal)
2 oz burger
2 slices tomato with lettuce
4 shrimp (large) cooked on the grill
4 mushrooms cooked on the grill
Iced coffee with Soy Milk and no sugar sweetener
Sugarless gum, 5 pieces all day
3 bottles of water (16 oz)
I know this is lighter than recommended, but I want to shrink my stomach. That will take about a week. I am going to try daily to blog my food intake.

I will also eat 10 Almonds and 1/2 cup Soy Milk with my meds at bed time.
