Coffee with 1/4 cup Light Soy Milk
2 eggs scrambled with 1/2 pat butter
1/2 apple
3 slices thin Swiss Cheese (110 cal)
6 inch Roast beef sub with 1 slice of pepper cheese, lettuce, spinich, onions, cucumbers, bananna peppers. NO DRESSING and I did not eat all the bread / as well as I had them hollow out the roll before making the sub
12 oz glass of water
BAD... 12 Miller Lite Beer
2 slices of cantalope
9 Almonds
3 bottles (16 oz) of water
And I walked! Keep my heart rate at 95 to 110. Did streches before and after and did a slow down for the last 5 minutes of the walk. Walked for a little over an hour.
