Weekend Challenge --- PLAN IT ----
That's the challenge a 48 hour plan of action.
Figure our your food plan and your exercise plan.
Food - consider these
Cantaloupe a large (6.5 inchs across) is only 277 calories - for the WHOLE THING!
Grapes - 2 calories per grape (average of course) so 25 grapes = 50 calories 
How about a nice omelet?
Egg Whites = 125 calories per cup (26 grams of protein)
Mushrooms = 21 calories per cup
chopped onions = 35 calories per half cup
chopped broccoli = 15 calories per half cup
so that omelet is only 200 calories --- OH I make mine in the microwave and I spread miracle whip lite on the dish instead of butter or oil at 25calories per tablespoon - gives flavor and doesn't stick.  I usually cook the broccoli and onions for a minute or so and then add the egg whites for about 3 minutes and then stir it hot and let it sit for like 5 minutes.  I like it. ??? will you? I don't know. Hubs doesn't care for it.
I love the fruit because it's low calorie and gives me a burst of energy.

OH I love to have a whole bunch of celery cleaned and CHOPPED (I like mine chopped) and in 1 cup servings. I can usually 5 cups from one bunch!

and I big organic onion chopped and I will divid that up into maybe 5 containers.

Why? because I can drain a can of water packed tuna (whole tuna has more meat) add a cup of chopped celery, a serving of onion + maybe some cleaned grape tomatoes and maybe a table spoon of pickle relish and a tablespoon of LITE miracle whip and for less than 250 calories a nice meal or snack... and it's ready to go so no excuses as to what to eat!

You can eat what you want but for 48 hours have a plan - which means tonight you are going to prepare for the weekend.

Clean and cut up all your fruit and vegetables so that they are ready to go. Best if they are in 'serving' size portions.

Now what is your activity? Do you have stairs in your house?  Set a goal of going up and down the stairs maybe 50 times in the day... a day (awake time) is around 16 hours so 50 times (which i find exhausting to just read that number) would be 3 times an hour... oh my knees... maybe that's a bit high! But you make your goal, not me.

OH maybe make a goal of 5 jumping jacks each hour?

I once, with a friend, b/c we didn't have exercise equipment but did have cinderblocks, brought in 3 cinderblocks and we used to step up and down on them for a song length.

Do you have a jump rope?  Do you have a bike? find something to do, some activity - heck xbox if it makes you sweat! - plan an activity.

you have 48 hours... Make a plan today (friday) for the weekend.  Not so streneous to hurt yourself, but  more than just sitting round watching tv.   Make a plan as to what you are going to eat.  MAKE A PLAN and stick it out for 48 hours.... from Saturday morning to Monday morning! ;-)
