So i effortlessly hit my goal. less the 1/2 way through the month because i had killer motivvation. and since then i just let my sell gain and reloose the weight over and over again. the goal was 184 so i find myself bingeing until i go way past that. then being good until i get under it. if i stayed consistent and kept losing id polly be like 171lbs at this point. the set 7lbs has allowed me to let loose a lot. and i like that because rapid weightloss will always pile on. but its a little disappointing to know u could be farther along.
ive binged 5-6 days straight now and ive gained 4lbs. i know ill lose it in time cause im sure a lot of it is water weight. which is weird because ive been eating at least 12,000 cals a day. ive gotten real cocky. and i miss my motivation.
