So I have been "over eating" I guess. As a chronic binger Im barely eating anything lol but my calorie intake keeps going over. I've been eating super healthy the past few days, just TOO much healthy food if that makes sense.

Example.

Morning- 2-4 large cups of tea with alot of honey and lemon at panera 400-800cals

Lunch- salad, fruit bowl, and bowl of soup at panera (while im at work) - 700cals

Dinner soup, 2 fruits, bowl of yogurt 800cals

 

ive been trying to do 1500cals and i realize if i cut out tea id be just fine. but i get dizzy and need the calories running around the restraunt all day or i wont beable to function. so im stuck. and i COULD just have a bowl of soup by itself for a meal but that never feels enough =/ idk

I wish it was normal to eat 3000-4000cals a day cause thats how much i feel like i need sometimes =//
