I know you're trying to keep your calories tight, but it's possible that running around a ton at work is burning several hundred calories and that is what's making you so hungry. Your body's asking for that fuel and it's possible that you still have a calorie deficit on days you're eating a few hundred extra calories. Try not to beat yourself up! Also, be aware that sometimes sugary foods trigger cravings for more. Maybe try a little protein and healthy fat (like avocado, etc.) as a snack that way your blood sugar won't spike as much and the food's fuel will last longer, so you won't get as hungry.
