I have a hard time with nutrition. Mostly understandng what i should eat and when. Like how much protein amd carbs together etc. Some days it stresses me out so much and I know Im barely hitting 1000 calories because i get scared to eat the wrong things.Im up at 5am but dont usually eat until after I workout which varies but is usually around 830 and I have my last meal no later than 5pm and in bed by 9. What is a good post workout meal on a budget? And do I need to limit my evening carbs to see better results in my abs? My overall goal is to lose fat and tone my muscles. Thanks!!
