I am having a hard time making sure I am in the right plan for eating. I am doing plan B. My workouts are the 30 day Chisel and Turbo Fire. I am stuck at 170 to 175 I am up and down. I am just not sure if I am doing the right plan? Should I being doing A or move upto C? I am a busy mom of 4 kids so I am on my feet most of the time. I would like to lose 40lbs. I do take Sunday as my rest day from all workouts. What do you suggest Sagi? Thank you for your time.
Some days I work out late at night after family time. On these days I usually exercise, take a shower, drink my Performance Recover and then get ready for bed. On these days I don't know if I should still drink my Performance Recharge since it is so close to the time I drank my Recover.
I have 50-60 pounds to lose. I am tired of this up and down with my weight. I am motivated and excited, I stick to the nutrition plan that goes with program... And see little results... And then get discouraged seeing others having success doing same thing... My question is, should I be doing more than one workout a day? I typically do 22 Hard Corps and then have playtime at a park with my kids, working up a sweat. What am I doing wrong?
Sagi, since turning 40 it's been much harder to get results from watching my nutrition and exercise. I know it must be the Hormones, perimenopause, EEK!! Any advice to how I can even begin to start combatting this!!
just had a baby 5 weeks ago. is there a good exercise that you can suggest to get rid of the "pouch" that some woman carry from being pregnant? need help
Hi Sagi- I currently wake up early to workout before the family is up. This is the only way I can consistently get a workout in. I need to eat something to make it through the workout and typically eat a small banana. However I find I still don't have the same energy that I would with an evening workout. Would the BB energize be a better option? Also, how does it count in the container system?
Sagi- I have stage 3 Adrenal Fatigue. I know I need to workout and include some weight bearing exercise. Is Hammer and Chisel ok to do with AF or would it be too demanding?
Sagi - how much Alkaline water do you think a person should drink a day?Also any suggestions on how to lose the weight? I have 4.4 lbs left to go, I'm doing Hammer and Chisel, and eating at the 1500 calorie bracket. While on the lowest bracket I actually gained weight.
