I have 50-60 pounds to lose. I am tired of this up and down with my weight. I am motivated and excited, I stick to the nutrition plan that goes with program... And see little results... And then get discouraged seeing others having success doing same thing... My question is, should I be doing more than one workout a day? I typically do 22 Hard Corps and then have playtime at a park with my kids, working up a sweat. What am I doing wrong?
