Yay, you, Brenda! Remember, 80/20. You can indulge, occasionally. What's more, we need that little bit of something or it becomes an off-limits, binge-worthy food. If you have a bit of it now and then, the appeal wears off. Tonight I am having steak, a glass of wine and tons of grilled veggies (which I happen to adore!). It's all in my calories...
