Hello my name is Terri this is my first time doing a challenge like this. I have been overweight my whole life and am. Constantly trying to lose weight. I hope this challenge will keep me motivated and help me get closer to reaching my goals. I am a stay at home mom and basically have an open schedule to workout but I find it hard to stay motivated so I hope this challenge helps a little with that.

Hey Terri, I'm another girl that has pretty much always been big, and I just kept getting bigger... Anyway, 24lbs down, and it's looking like change is possible. Just remember to build habits you can live with and that you want to be healthy for the rest of your life, not just lose weight for a week or two, before going right back to your old habits. Be kind to yourself, you can do this, and you deserve it :)
