Hey Terri, I'm another girl that has pretty much always been big, and I just kept getting bigger... Anyway, 24lbs down, and it's looking like change is possible. Just remember to build habits you can live with and that you want to be healthy for the rest of your life, not just lose weight for a week or two, before going right back to your old habits. Be kind to yourself, you can do this, and you deserve it :)
