So I did it. I "won" my diet bet! Yay!
However, I could have done a lot better. I was very on track the first two weeks, but the second two I slipped. I pulled off a pretty good "Hail Mary" pass in the end to squeak in the win, but my behaviors during the past 2 weeks did NOT set me up for success.
I therefore am going to do a 6 month challenge, and concentrate on losing the 10%. I want tolose the weight. I am ready. And now I'm going to set myself up for success.
