Ah, Friday!!!! Just a few more hours of work and it's officially the weekend, although I'm sure I'll have to continue work for the next few days to try and get ahead.

But that's OK. It's the weekend!!!!

Which, of course, brings different challenges. But I am ready. The hubby and I have plans to get lots of healthy food tomorrow, so we can set him up for the week with things he will cook/heat up after work and stay on track. We're going to a baseball game on Monday, and I am away for work from Tuesday to Friday. I have plan to make/eat oatmeal at my hotel room in the morning, eat salads at lunch from the company salad bar, and either get some groceries or eat healthfully in the evenings. I will get some healthy snacks too on Tuesday night, so I'll be ready.

Because no one plans to fail, they fail to plan. And I remember that I need to plan--a food plan, an exercise plan, and a game plan to achieve my goals.
