I just realized we're half way through the challenge--I think there's exactly 14 days to go! My progress has been impressive so far, and I'm proud that I'm making more healthy choices and heading in the right direction. My hubby and I are talking about joining a DietBet10 that starts on the 12th and goes through Feb to keep on going. If we do, I definitely want to work on incorporating regular exercise back into my life. I think having the boost of having lost about 10 pounds will help with the motivation in that front. Plus my doggie really likes long walks, so I have no excuses!
My hubby has been kicking butt!!!! His weight loss is going smashingly, and he is also making great food choices. His support and love during this journey is definitely a major part of my success, and I'm so glad he's having success as well!
