So I decided it was time to join something like this because a part of me just doesn't feel confident enough doing it alone.
I have struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I developped an eating disorder in my teens and ever since then it has made weight loss and maintaining, a struggle.
Over the last year and a half, I gained a lot of weight (major recovery stage in first 6months but after that there was no excuse!)
Now I'm motivated to lose the weight and be proud of the person that I am. I started my journey in September, and I have lost roughly 7lbs since then, which is disappointing because I thought I could have lost more.
I am living in France at the moment at university, which is making this lifestyle change feel like just that, as opposed to a diet, as the available food and restaurants are not those that I enjoyed at home. I can't just go to the 24 hour shop at any time and buy whatever I want, and believe me where I live there are no chinese restaurants or dominos, especially those that will deliver quickly and go down a treat!
So my goal at the moment is to complete this bet, which ends two days before I go on holidays with my boyfriend to Poland (Thanksgiving), and then do another one coming up to the christmas holidays (although a little less strict because December + European markets = yummmm!)
Goal loss for the next 4 weeks - another 7lbs (4% of my CW)
