I've seen a rather high initial weightloss since committing to this DietBet since I've increased my exercise and focused on calories, and now I'm worried that if I hit my target much earlier than the 4 weeks that I'll lose momentum and end up failing.
I've currently only missed two days of exercise since 21/3 but I'm already starting to feel a bit burnt out. I don't want to stop but I'm worried that it's not sustainable =/
