I feel your pain. I blew it during the time I took off last week for my father in law's birthday. Next week I'm taking even longer - a full 7 days - to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had a good game plan for last week and ended up in an awful, multi day binge. I was given lots of suggestions and am thinking of going with the 1 treat meal/day. I'll be eating more calories than I should, probably, but maybe keeping it to 1 meal will prevent a huge catastrophe.
