I noticed that I haven't posted for a while so I desided to share one of my favorite snacks. I's a very simple, low Cal dip that I use a lot in my diet, it's very creamy and taste great.

 

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1/2-1 tbsb soup powder (I use leak og france onion)

1 tbsb no flavour protein (optional)

 

You can use what ever vegetables you like to have with the dip I like celery the most and I used to hate celery! Carrots and cucumber also works great. Enjoy!
