Good job getting back on track! Just yesterday I avoided letting a fast food lunch binge turn into a whole day (or more) binge. If anything, that's an accomplishment in and of itself. My old self would've been so upset about eating "bad" foods that I would've thrown in the towel and given up. Today I even turned down ice cream with coworkers! I've gotten back on course and know that it will help me reach my goals!
