I am almost to goal but these last 20 pounds are gonna be a bear to get off! Heck, I am having trouble getting off just one pound! I lose it and then I gain it back! I have seen a 5 in the middle number twice this month... but only for a day or two and then that awful silly #6 comes back!! gggrrrr

I need to lose that one pound by January 2nd, if only for a few minutes before coffee that day - just long enough to weigh out for the round - SO WHAT AM I THINKING??? Hosting a game to lose 4% ( apprx 6.5 pounds) in January!!!
I will tell you what I am thinking - I NEED HELP and I NEED COMPETITION to get this off and win back my viatlity! I want to be able to at least 'race walk' if not jog and I just want to put down 20pounds more! And I want to do a MARATHON .... someday! Maybe 2017 ( I mean I havent even 'run' a 5k yet! - I have walked one.... huffing and puffing.....)

I think that I like to win and by joining a couple of Dietbet games, I will be inspired and motivated to move more and eat less and eventually weigh less.... uh eat less???? OK so I will eat less 'junk' but I intend to keep eating more GOOD CLEAN HEALTHY RAW FOOD!!!! (cause you can eat more of that! it's amazing how much you can eat when it's raw fruit and vegetables!)
